Driving Lessons
Driving lessons can be arranged in a number of different ways to suit you and your aims. Anything from 1 lesson a week to intensive courses are available so please contact us to discuss your requirements.
Howards Way is different from most driving schools in that the time you pay for is driving time, we won't spend 20 minutes at the start of every lesson talking to you. We also like to simulate the scenario you will drive in once you have obtained your driving licence. It's little factors like these that add up to differentiate Howards Way from other driving schools.
Pass Plus
Pass Plus is a course aimed at new drivers to build upon their new driving skills in order to make them a safer driver.
The Pass Plus scheme is different to the standard driving test because there isn't a test at the end of the course, instead you a continually assessed by your instructor in the following six modules:
- Town driving
- Bad weather driving
- Driving on rural roads
- Night driving
- Driving on dual carraigeways
- Motorway driving
Once you have shown a satisfactory standard of driving in all of the six modules you will be issued with your Pass Plus certificate and as well as being a safer and more competent driver you will also receive a discount on car insurance!
Night Driving
Driving at night is not a required part of learning to drive but we understand that our students may want to prepare themselves for the situation and the new dangers that it introduces. As such night lessons are available.
